HMD is seeking a proactive Online Sales Advisor to convert online leads into sales for Capital Equipment, Spare Parts, and Maintenance services, while managing both new and existing customer accounts.
* Qualify and manage leads from online platforms including website, WhatsApp/Rasayel, and social media
* Follow the online sales process, reporting to the Head of Sales
* Coordinate and close deals within HMD’s operational regions and support deals outside the regions
* Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate records and follow-ups
* Conduct discovery calls, prepare quotations, and route inquiries appropriately
* Perform due diligence on potential clients and manage callbacks efficiently
* Handle customer complaints and identify client needs
* Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics
* Train new team members on HubSpot usage
* Generate and nurture leads to achieve personal and company sales targets
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently
* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
* 1–2 years’ experience in sales, service, or spare parts within the heavy machinery or similar industry
* Strong English communication skills; French is a plus
* Ability to work independently, in a team, and under pressure to achieve targets
* Experience with CRM software; HubSpot experience is a plus
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Google Workspace
