Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow business within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud services
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development and Sales Executives to meet performance targets
* Identify and secure new business leads through networking, market research, and relationship-building
* Present tailored cloud solutions to clients to address business challenges and support digital transformation
* Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
* Track, measure, and report on sales performance and pipeline progress
* Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Required Qualifications
* 3–5 years of proven sales experience in IT or cloud services
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills
* Solid understanding of the cloud services market (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
* Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve organizational goals
