Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

DK Homes is seeking a Marketing Executive to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns, generate leads, and drive sales in the real estate sector. Candidates must reside in Ajah or nearby areas.

* Design, plan, and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract clients

* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities

* Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising

* Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns

* Collaborate with sales and other teams to nurture leads and convert them into sales

* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand company reach

* Manage content creation and brand messaging across platforms for consistency and engagement

* Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

* Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience with strong closing skills; real estate experience is a plus

* Ability to close deals and follow up consistently

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* High ethical standards and professional conduct

* Ability to work independently and proactively

* Strong digital and physical marketing skills

* Residing in or near Ajah

* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
