Afrihood Development Company is seeking a confident, on-camera-ready professional to create educational content on real estate and infrastructure. The role involves breaking down complex concepts into engaging content that educates the public and positions Afrihood as Africa’s leading platform for real estate and infrastructure knowledge.
* Produce daily/weekly high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Afrihood Blog
* Host 3–5 live sessions weekly covering market updates, investment clinics, infrastructure insights, Q&A sessions, and project site tours
* Conduct live and remote interviews with industry experts including investors, urban planners, PropTech/InfraTech innovators, engineers, bankers, facility managers, and regulators
* Translate technical real estate and infrastructure topics into clear, relatable, and practical content
* Teach core knowledge areas including infrastructure-driven property value, investment models, financing options, integrated community development, smart cities, PropTech/InfraTech, and urban growth
* Build a loyal community of buyers, investors, developers, and policymakers
* Convert educational content into qualified leads for Afrihood projects
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to align content with business objectives
* Represent Afrihood on camera and on-site with clarity and authenticity
* 4–8 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure investment, property development, project coordination or finance, PropTech/InfraTech, community/master-planned estate development, real estate sales with technical knowledge, or facility/infrastructure asset management
* Deep understanding of the intersection of real estate and infrastructure
* Strong storytelling, communication, and interviewing skills
* Confident and natural on camera
* Ability to simplify technical topics for general audiences
* Active social media presence with real engagement (advantage)
* Basic video editing skills or willingness to learn
*Education:*
* Bachelor’s/HND in Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, Economics, Geography, Finance, Architecture, or related fields (flexible based on experience)
*Preferred:*
* Existing audience or content portfolio
* Experience hosting live shows, webinars, or podcasts
* Relevant certifications (NIESV, REDAN, COREN, NITP, PMP, etc.)
