* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio
* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention
* Conduct negotiations to secure profitable contracts and partnerships
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new sales opportunities
* Generate leads, onboard clients, and maintain long-term relationships
* Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
* Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
* Familiarity with the petroleum industry is a plus
* Must reside in the Island environs
* Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
