* Manage project workstreams independently with support from a project manager
* Implement business and digital transformation programs, ensuring long-term impact
* Lead junior consultants and client teams, facilitating meetings and workshops
* Collaborate with client senior management and specialist departments
* Support operational strategy, restructuring, turnaround, and post-merger implementation projects
* Deliver strategic and operational project management solutions tailored to industry-specific demands
* Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and client-focused execution
* 4+ years’ experience in project management or consulting in large corporate environments
* 3+ years’ experience delivering large-scale business transformation projects, including restructuring, turnaround, operational excellence, strategy, operational consulting, or M&A post-merger implementation
* Experience in Oil & Gas, Banking, or Telecommunications is highly desirable
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive results
* Flexibility and agility in a consulting environment
