* Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records
* Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring proper expense allocation
* Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
* Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with project managers on expenditures and financial forecasting
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
* Stay updated on construction industry accounting standards and best practices
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 3–5 years’ experience as an Accountant, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or engineering
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* ICAN or ACCA certification is an advantage
* Residing in or near Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, or surrounding areas
