Service-Plus Connect is creating a marketplace that links skilled artisans and service providers with customers across Africa. The role requires a dynamic storyteller who can represent the brand online, create compelling video content, and build a strong digital presence. The ideal candidate will drive engagement, humanize the brand, and grow an active community around SPC’s mission.
* Develop and implement a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos that highlight artisans, success stories, and customer experiences.
* Serve as the on-camera face of SPC during videos, live broadcasts, and campaigns.
* Work with marketing and operations teams to produce content for launches, campaigns, and community programs.
* Monitor performance metrics, study audience insights, and refine storytelling for maximum engagement.
* Build and maintain an active community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
* Keep up with social media and video trends to ensure content stays fresh and impactful.
* Previous experience managing brand social media accounts with strong storytelling ability.
* High energy and enthusiasm with an engaging on-camera presence.
* Skilled in video production, including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
* Creative, detail-driven, and passionate about brand storytelling.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Skills in motion graphics, animation, or special effects.
* Photography experience.
* Understanding of content marketing and digital engagement.
