Manages end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and relationship management, to connect top talent with the right opportunities.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
* Review CVs and applications for qualifications and cultural fit.
* Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate client interviews.
* Guide candidates through offer negotiations, contracts, and pre-employment processes.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and conduct post-hire follow-ups.
* Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements.
* Provide recruitment advice and market insights.
* Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports.
* Stay updated on industry trends to refine sourcing strategies.
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (agency experience preferred).
* Proven ability to source and place candidates across multiple industries.
* Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.
