* Partner with the Data Excellence team to develop credit scoring models, dashboards, and predictive analytics
* Use SQL, Python, and BI tools to support financial insight and decision-making
* Identify customer payment behaviors to reduce NPL and enhance repayment performance
* Introduce AI and automation to optimize payment, lending, and collection processes
* Build integrated systems that unify commerce, lending, and payment data
* Lead business process improvements to reduce manual effort and strengthen collection efficiency
* Guide product development by turning business needs into scalable technical solutions
* Support the launch and monitoring of new fintech tools, including AI-driven customer engagement features
* Track KPIs such as BNPL customer growth, repayment rates, NPL ratio, and POS utilization
* Drive continuous improvements while ensuring compliance and maintaining customer trust
