Job Summary

HAIVESCAPE, a smart home automation company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive strategic growth while enhancing comfort, security, and energy efficiency for clients.






Key Responsibilities


* Identify and pursue new business opportunities

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Conduct market research, generate and qualify leads

* Drive the sales process to closure

* Collaborate with internal teams to align services with customer needs

* Work both on-site and remotely as required

Required Qualifications


* Skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management

* Market research, prospecting, and lead generation abilities

* Strategic thinking and planning skills

* Strong verbal and written communication

* Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms

* Flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity

* Experience in smart home automation or technology is a plus

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
