Provide strategic leadership and overall management direction to drive MT MFB’s growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The MD/CEO will spearhead innovation, maintain stakeholder confidence, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while promoting a performance-driven culture.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive banking or financial services experience, with at least 7 years in executive leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and operational sustainability in a regulated financial environment.
• Strong understanding of CBN regulatory guidelines and microfinance operations.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A first degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred).
