Job Summary

Henosis International is seeking a senior-level strategic leader to guide long-term direction, strengthen organizational growth, and develop partnerships that enhance the reach and sustainability of its youth-focused initiatives across Africa.





Key Responsibilities


* Provide strategic leadership that supports Henosis International’s mission and long-term vision.

* Create growth plans, expansion models, and impact strategies for current and future programs.

* Assess organizational performance and present data-based recommendations.

* Establish scalable systems and structures that support sustainable development.

* Build and manage partnerships with institutions, NGOs, faith communities, private sector leaders, and government stakeholders.

* Lead outreach to secure collaborators, sponsors, and donor relationships.

* Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and key engagements.

* Negotiate partnership agreements, proposals, and long-term collaborations.

* Collaborate with the Director of Programs to ensure initiatives are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.

* Identify new program opportunities, regional expansion prospects, and cross-border initiatives.

* Develop and execute fundraising strategies, donor pipelines, and grant opportunities.

* Contribute to proposals, concept notes, and resource mobilization documents.

* Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and external visibility.

* Support thought leadership efforts through partnerships, publications, and engagements.


Required Qualifications

* Experience in strategy, leadership, partnerships, or organizational development.

* Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.

* Background in youth empowerment, development work, or nonprofit leadership is an added advantage.

* Skilled in planning, negotiation, and systems thinking.

* Vision-driven with the ability to execute effectively.

* Passion for health, empowerment, youth development, and nation-building.
