Job Summary



Estility is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead estate acquisition, drive sales growth, and expand market presence. This role focuses on building partnerships, increasing transaction volumes, and positioning Estility as a leading gas and fuel delivery platform in Nigeria.






Key Responsibilities

* Identify, engage, and onboard residential estates, facility managers, and resident associations.

* Develop tailored partnership proposals and negotiate agreements.

* Lead and manage a sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring high performance.

* Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

* Drive resident adoption and engagement within onboarded estates.

* Maintain strong relationships with estate executives and associations.

* Monitor market trends and competitive activity; provide performance reports and recommendations.


Required Qualifications

* 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in tech, logistics, FMCG, or service-based industries.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

* Leadership experience with team-building and motivational abilities.

* Self-starter with problem-solving skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
