BruntWork is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and support strategic growth in the HR and consulting sector. This fully remote, independent contractor role requires a proactive marketer who can turn insights into measurable results.
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content platforms.
* Manage online presence, including website updates and SEO optimization.
* Create marketing materials and collateral to support client engagement.
* Analyze marketing metrics and report findings to improve strategy and performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to shape brand messaging and promotional strategies.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in HR and consulting services.
* Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
* Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
