Strivo Labs is seeking a Training & Sales Performance Manager to develop and deliver sales training programs, monitor performance, and drive excellence across the sales organization.
Develop and deliver structured sales training programs and coaching sessions
Maintain up-to-date product learning materials
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data
Prepare individual and team performance reports and identify improvement areas
Collate and verify payroll-related data for the sales team in collaboration with HR and Finance
Lead weekly sales review meetings and prepare monthly performance review reports
Handle media setup and technical arrangements for trainings, presentations, and meetings
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, HR, Product, and cross-functional teams to align training needs
Maintain documentation of training materials, performance dashboards, and operational processes
2–4 years’ experience in sales training, sales operations, performance management, or a related role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and reporting tools
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation abilities
Proven experience creating training materials and delivering structured learning sessions
Strong attention to detail, especially with payroll data and performance metrics
Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
