Lifted Africa is seeking a Product Operations Manager with business analysis skills to bridge business strategy, product development, and operational excellence. The role ensures products, platforms, and services deliver maximum impact through data-driven insights and process optimization.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business teams
Monitor product performance, adoption, and KPIs
Establish operational workflows, playbooks, and SOPs
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Map and optimize business processes
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Plan, track, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and product demos
Build dashboards and reports to track product and operational metrics
Recommend and implement tools, automations, and process enhancements
Support testing, QA, and rollout of new features or systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday, Notion)
Proficiency in business analysis tools (Miro, Lucidchart, BPMN)
Data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus)
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Experience with digital product operations, platforms, or SaaS is advantageous
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or project management
Optional certifications: Agile Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), CBAP/ECBA, PMP/PRINCE2
