Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, steamed items, and noodle dishes
Create, test, and develop new recipes to enhance the menu
Supervise and delegate tasks to kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Ensure high standards of quality and presentation
SSCE/OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef
In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and recipes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Commitment to quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Effective communication skills with kitchen staff and expatriates
