Real Estate and Infrastructure Technical Content Lead

Afrihood seeks a confident, knowledgeable real estate and infrastructure professional who is strong on camera and passionate about educating the public on how cities, communities, and investments are built. The role focuses on creating high-quality educational content, hosting expert interviews, simplifying technical concepts, and building a trusted community across digital platforms.

* Produce high-quality daily or weekly content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and the Afrihood blog

* Host 3 to 5 weekly live sessions covering market insights, investment topics, infrastructure updates, Q&A and project tours

* Create engaging on-site videos showing real development and infrastructure processes

* Conduct interviews with investors, urban planners, engineers, regulators, finance experts and industry leaders

* Explain complex real estate and infrastructure topics in simple, relatable language

* Teach concepts such as infrastructure-driven value, investment models, financing options, PropTech, smart cities and estate development

* Build and grow a strong digital community that trusts Afrihood’s insights

* Convert educational content into qualified leads for Afrihood’s projects

* Work with sales, marketing and project teams to align content with business goals

* Represent Afrihood on camera and across digital platforms with clarity and authority

* Four to eight years’ experience in real estate or infrastructure investment, property development, PropTech, infrastructure project coordination, estate development or technical real estate sales

* Strong knowledge of how real estate and infrastructure work together

* Excellent storytelling and communication skills

* Confident and natural on camera

* Ability to simplify technical topics for general audiences

* Strong interviewing and conversation skills

* Active social media presence with engagement (added advantage)

* Basic video editing skills or willingness to learn

* Bachelor’s or HND in Estate Management, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Economics, Geography, Finance, Architecture or related fields (flexible with experience)

* Added advantage: existing audience, experience with live shows or podcasts, certifications
