Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and process SME loan applications
* Analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness
* Manage the loan origination process from start to finish
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide quality service
* Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
* Work towards achieving loan disbursement and performance targets
* Conduct risk assessment and underwriting for SME loan requests
Required Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of loan origination and loan officer responsibilities
* Understanding of finance, underwriting, and risk assessment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Minimum HND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
* Maximum of two years’ experience in SME loan management preferred
* Applicants must not be older than 35 years
