Job Summary



GloVal Properties is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth while working flexibly in the Lekki/Epe area.





Key Responsibilities


* Promote and sell properties in the Lekki/Epe axis

* Build and maintain strong client networks

* Conduct negotiations and close sales deals

* Work independently with minimal supervision

* Meet and exceed sales targets

* Provide excellent verbal and written communication with clients

* Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Required Qualifications


* Reside in Lekki/Epe axis

* B.Sc, HND, or OND qualification

* Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role

* Strong networking, marketing, and negotiation skills

* Goal-oriented, confident, and smart with ability to work independently
