Job Summary

Careerbuddy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth interactions, resolving inquiries, and delivering a consistently positive experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person channels
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and platform features
  • Log and track customer interactions using internal CRM tools
  • Ensure courteous, professional, and timely service delivery
  • Maintain a well-groomed, presentable appearance while representing the company

Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of OND in a relevant field
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or similar industries
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, attentive, and helpful attitude
  • Personable, well-groomed, and professionally presented
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to remain composed under pressure
