Serve as the main point of contact for guests through chat, email, and phone
Coordinate check-ins, checkouts, and guest requests to ensure a seamless experience
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes
Communicate proactively with guests and anticipate their needs
Collect and analyze guest feedback to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Tech teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rental support
Comfortable using digital tools such as PMS, CRM, and other customer support platforms
Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor, especially under pressure
