Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor technical and engineering projects.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile team delivery.
- Manage project timelines, risks, quality and deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering, software, operations and business teams.
- Track project progress and resolve delivery challenges.
- Manage stakeholder communication and project reporting.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, engineering, Scrum or technical coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and team management abilities.
