Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
Lead Site Engineers, technicians, contractors and site personnel.
Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications and standards.
Review architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, consultants and contractors.
Monitor construction materials and minimise waste.
Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Ensure accurate setting out, measurements, levels and other technical site requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant construction/site engineering experience.
Strong experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
Proven experience supervising contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings and site procedures.
Proficiency in relevant engineering/construction software is an advantage.
