Primelink Property Services is seeking a proactive and versatile Business Operations & Development Coordinator to support business operations while coordinating marketing, customer engagement, business development, and process improvement initiatives.
* Manage customer care and client feedback.
* Coordinate social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Assist with SEO and website improvements.
* Coordinate Google Ads campaigns.
* Create email marketing campaigns and company newsletters.
* Conduct competitor and market research.
* Identify opportunities to improve business processes and customer experience.
* Support report editing and day-to-day business operations where required.
* Implement business development and sales initiatives.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
* Knowledge of SEO, website improvements, email marketing, and Google Ads.
* Strong research and analytical skills.
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proactive and results-oriented approach.
* Ability to support both operational and business development activities.
