The Fintech Program Manager will oversee all fintech programs, manage student and facilitator activities, coordinate operations from enrollment through alumni engagement, and support events, collaborations, and process improvements for seamless program delivery.
Oversee cohort-based and self-paced fintech programs.
Manage inquiries, leads, and student onboarding.
Coordinate facilitators, logistics, and alumni activities.
Organize webinars, collaborations, and industry events.
Track operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Minimum of three years experience in fintech, banking, microfinance, capital markets, or similar customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-motivated.
Strong interest in learning, fintech, and people development.
Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Airtable or Notion, Canva, Paystack or Selar, and Zapier.
