Project Architect

A company in Abuja is urgently seeking an experienced Project Architect to oversee architectural design and project coordination from concept through construction. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction methodologies, building regulations, and project management.

• Lead and coordinate architectural projects from design through construction.
• Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Review construction progress and ensure work aligns with approved architectural designs.
• Interpret and communicate architectural drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design and construction-related issues.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and design requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Support quality control and ensure architectural standards are maintained.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Architect.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methodologies.
• Good understanding of building regulations and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or similar architectural design software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good project coordination and organizational skills.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
