Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms.
Create strong openings and hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
Apply effective pacing, captions, transitions, and visual elements to improve retention.
Turn raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-ready content.
Collaborate with the creative team to execute content concepts and brand requirements.
Review performance and feedback to improve future video edits.
Deliver high-quality content consistently and within deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Strong short-form video editing portfolio.
Good understanding of:
- Hooks
- Video pacing
- Captions
- Audience retention
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
Strong storytelling and visual editing skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
