SEO Manager

A remote team is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead search performance, technical optimisation, and organic growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO analytics, website optimisation, search tools, and emerging AI search strategies.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search performance.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for website optimisation.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Analyse website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEMrush and/or Ahrefs.
• Use Screaming Frog to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities.
• Optimise website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
• Monitor and improve website technical health and search engine accessibility.
• Explore and implement AI search optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align SEO with broader performance marketing objectives.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommendations.

• 3–5 years of professional SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Proven experience with technical SEO and website optimisation.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, site architecture, and SEO analytics.
• Knowledge of AI search optimisation and emerging search trends.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
