Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the hospitality/hotel industry — mandatory.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and staffing structures.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
