A growing fashion boutique in Abuja is seeking a confident, stylish, and results-driven Sales Representative to deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales, provide personalized styling assistance, and build strong customer relationships.

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and current fashion trends.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Assist with stock management and inventory activities.
• Support visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification; higher qualifications are welcome.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is strongly encouraged.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
• Honest and reliable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems or computers is an added advantage.
