Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies for the e-commerce business.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Drive growth through Shopify Plus and email marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in performance marketing for D2C e-commerce brands.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify Plus, and Email Marketing.

- Highly analytical with a strong track record of improving ROI.
