Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily CRM operations and maintain accurate customer records.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Track customer interactions and prepare CRM performance reports.
Resolve customer complaints and improve overall client satisfaction.
Support the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling follow-ups.
Develop and optimize CRM automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with data analysis, customer segmentation, and project management.
Knowledge of Mailchimp, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
