Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a disciplined B2B sales pipeline.
Lead, coach, and mentor a quota-carrying growth team.
Structure, negotiate, and close complex multi-product deals.
Drive partner and channel programme performance.
Execute go-to-market strategies for new markets.
Ensure CRM accuracy, sales forecast reliability, and quota attainment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B sales or growth leadership.
Proven track record in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and revenue growth.
Experience managing partner programmes and working across African markets.
Background in Proptech, Fintech, SaaS, or IoT sales is preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
