Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
Coordinate projects, company OKRs, and operational workflows.
Support sales, CRM management, fundraising, marketing, and business operations.
Manage documentation, financial administration, and compliance activities.
Conduct market and business research to support strategic decision-making.
Provide executive-level administrative and operational support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in executive support, CRM, fundraising, or business development is an advantage.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, HubSpot, Zoom, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
