Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution activities.
- Lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance while driving cost optimization and process improvements.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Manage ERP systems and optimize supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Professional certification such as CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
