Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries across in-store, social media, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Conduct client consultations and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Coordinate communication between clients and the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Schedule consultations, fittings, and follow-up meetings.
Track order progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Prepare reports, customer documentation, and production timelines.
Automate and optimize customer follow-ups using CRM tools.
Support customer retention initiatives and ensure a seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Social Science or related field.
Must have completed NYSC.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or operations management within the fashion industry.
Basic knowledge of fashion design and garment production.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and other digital productivity tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
