Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage the brand's daily presence across TikTok and Instagram.
Publish engaging, on-brand content consistently.
Respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, and tags to foster community engagement.
Recruit and manage content creators while driving user-generated content (UGC).
Monitor social media trends, viral content, and cultural moments to maximize engagement.
Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute creative social media strategies.
Track performance metrics and use insights to improve audience growth and brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Lagos.
Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.
Experience with community management and creator/influencer collaboration.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies.
