Control Room Operator

CF Feed Nigeria Limited is seeking a technically skilled Control Room Operator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the automated feed production system. The role involves monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with production teams for optimal output.

Operate the feed production central control system and monitor the full process from raw material input to finished product packaging.

Execute daily production plans accurately and efficiently to ensure continuous production line operation.

Input and verify formulas provided, maintaining zero errors in parameter entry.

Monitor key production parameters (temperature, current, pressure, etc.) and respond promptly to abnormalities.

Oversee ingredient accuracy, mixing uniformity, and pellet quality in collaboration with Quality Control personnel.

Record production data accurately and prepare daily reports, reporting anomalies or equipment issues.

Maintain seamless communication and coordination with feeding, granulation, and packaging teams.

Follow all company safety procedures and maintain 6S standards in the control room.

Strong understanding of feed production processes, including grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, crushing, screening, and packaging.

Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic equipment faults.

Proficiency in control systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of feed quality standards and key control points.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
