Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to pharmacies and prospective B2B clients.
Promote the company's pharmacy credit solutions and convert leads into paying customers.
Handle customer objections regarding loan terms, interest rates, and credit requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Track sales activities and conversion performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and performance targets.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of OND in any discipline; a Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.
2–3 years' experience in B2B telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales.
Proven track record of converting leads into paying customers.
Experience selling financial products, trade credit, pharmaceutical distribution, FMCG, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, and WhatsApp Business.
Fluency in English and Yoruba; Hausa and Pidgin are added advantages.
Must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate immediately.
