Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy to support business growth.
Oversee Group Treasury operations, financial consolidation, and cash flow management.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A).
Drive capital strategy and optimize financial performance across subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance.
Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
Lead and mentor finance teams while strengthening financial controls and risk management.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years' professional finance experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
ACA or ACCA certification is mandatory.
Experience in Group Finance and Treasury is preferred.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
