Become a product expert by working closely with product managers and customer-facing teams.
Create and maintain internal documentation to align developers, product managers, and support teams.
Develop clear, detailed articles and FAQs for customers on the support portal (support.monnify.com).
Update product documentation as new features and changes are introduced.
Translate complex technical information into simple, user-friendly language.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and end users to ensure clarity and understanding.
Demonstrated passion for writing with a portfolio (technical guides, support articles, blog posts, etc.).
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills across departments.
