Performance Manager

Daserv Global Services Limited is seeking a results-driven Performance Manager to develop and oversee the company's performance management systems. The successful candidate will drive productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement by monitoring employee performance, supporting leadership with data-driven insights, and ensuring both site and office teams achieve organizational goals.

• Develop and implement company-wide performance management frameworks and KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals for site and office employees.
• Monitor project and staff productivity, identifying performance gaps and recommending improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to set measurable targets and evaluate results.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
• Support managers with coaching, performance feedback, and continuous improvement plans.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance data to support management decision-making.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and maintain accurate employee performance records.
• Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, employee engagement, and recognition.

• B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' post-NYSC experience in performance management, operations, or a project-based organization.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and performance tracking tools.
• Professional certification in Performance Management, PMP, or CIPM is an added advantage.
