Back of House Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Back of House Operations Manager to oversee kitchen, inventory, and support operations while ensuring efficient restaurant performance. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, control food costs, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Oversee daily back-of-house operations, including kitchen, stores, and support functions.
• Manage inventory, stock control, procurement, and food costing to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement operational systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen and support staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and achieve business objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements. 

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing back-of-house operations in a fine dining or casual dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant inventory management, procurement, food costing, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience implementing operational systems and improving business processes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
