Job Summary

Dragnet is recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives within a leading multi-sector organization. The ideal candidate will manage executive priorities, coordinate schedules, facilitate communication, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate executive priorities and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and coordinate activities across multiple business units.
  • Organize meetings, record action points, and monitor the implementation of decisions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient executive office management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, International Relations, or another analytical discipline.
  • 3–6 years' hands-on experience supporting C-suite executives, managing partners, or senior officials.
  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, government advisory, or another fast-paced professional environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across different cultures and, ideally, languages, supporting operations across Nigeria, Namibia, and other markets.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
