Marketing Officer

A leading Commercial Bank is seeking a results-driven Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition, promote banking products and services, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills with the ability to achieve assigned targets.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers.
• Promote the bank's products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Prepare and submit periodic marketing and performance reports.
• Represent the bank professionally while ensuring excellent customer service.

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Upper Credit only).
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Must be 30 years old or below.
