Customer Service Associate (HIM Certified)

Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Associate (HIM Certified) to provide exceptional patient support, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless patient experience while maintaining accurate health information and administrative records.

• Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with Health Information Management standards.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient services.
• Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with hospital policies.

• HIM (Health Information Management) Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Health Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside in Ozoro, Delta State, or its environs, as accommodation will not be provided.
