Shared Service Control Intern

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Shared Service Control Intern to support internal control activities by assisting with risk assessments, compliance monitoring, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Assist with internal control reviews and compliance assessments.

Monitor operational processes to ensure adherence to internal policies.

Maintain and update internal control documentation and policy repositories.

Analyze operational data and identify control gaps or improvement opportunities.

Support risk assessments and internal audit activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance and control effectiveness.

Prepare reports and documentation related to internal control activities.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

Basic experience in internal control assessments.

Relevant certifications in Data Analytics or Big Data are an added advantage.

Foundational knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and industry standards.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is an advantage.
