Store Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and organized Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, coordinate staff activities, manage inventory, and ensure an excellent customer experience while maintaining efficient store operations.

• Supervise daily store operations and coordinate staff activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate the procurement of fabric prints from artisans and suppliers.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Prepare and submit daily opening and closing reports.
• Support sales activities and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, store operations, or a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent organizational abilities.
• Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in using smartphones and digital tools for reporting and communication.
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
